LIST OF HOLIDAYS IN 2022

While Saturdays and Sundays are fixed days off at Social Eyes, New Delhi;
We will also not be available on the following days of the year.

Republic Day – 26-Jan
Holi – 19-March
Raksha Bandhan – 11-Aug
Independence Day – 15-Aug
Janmashtmi – 18-Aug
Gandhi Jayanti – 02-Oct
Dussehra – 5-Oct
Diwali – 24-Oct, 15-Nov
Christmas – 25-Dec

In addition to these, for followers of Islam, EID can be given a paid off, in exchange for an extra holiday on the occasion of Diwali.

Applicability

This policy applies to employees of Social Eyes who are regular status, full-time staff, and are primarily located in New Delhi and Pune. Staff employees who work from home for us, intern with us, or work with us on an hourly basis are not covered by this policy.

Responsibility

Every supervisor is responsible for scheduling and documenting holiday time used by exempt and non-exempt employees and authorizing the Payroll Department’s payment of holiday time in accordance with this policy.

Human Resources

Social Eyes Human Resources has the responsibility for interpreting, and administering the Holiday Policy and the authority to make exceptions.
